Terms & Conditions - Extended Warranty for BLADE Machines
Important Information Regarding Your Extended Warranty
We are pleased to offer an extended warranty for BLADE Machines ("Product"). Please read the following terms and conditions carefully as they outline your rights and obligations under the extended warranty program (“Extended Warranty”).
1. General terms
1.1 The Extended Warranty is an optional add-on that provides coverage for the repair or replacement of defects in materials or workmanship under normal use for the agreed Extended Warranty period, starting immediately after the expiration of the standard warranty period as specified at the time of purchase and lasts for an additional period as specified at present Terms and Conditions
1.2 The Extended Warranty can only be purchased and applied to a machine that was purchased from Beerwulf B.V., and is still within its standard warranty period of 24 months from the date of purchase
1.3 To activate the Extended Warranty, customers must register their BLADE machine by completing the online form emailed to the customer three (3) days after purchase of the Extended Warranty product. This includes providing the following information:
· Serial number of the BLADE machine
· Beerwulf order number
· Registration must be completed within 30 days of purchasing the Extended Warranty (failure to register within this timeframe may result in the forfeiture of the extended warranty).
2. Coverage
2.1 The Extended Warranty covers:
· Defects in materials and workmanship
· Repairs or replacement costs (up to the value of the original purchase)
2.2 The Extended Warranty does not cover:
· Accidental damage, misuse, or abuse of the machine
· Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications
· Consumable parts such as seals, gaskets, and taps unless defective
· Damage due to improper installation, use, maintenance or failure to follow instructions
· Loss or theft of the machine
· Damage due to external factors such as natural disasters
· Routine maintenance and cleaning
· Cosmetic damage such as scratches or dents
2.3 Voiding the Extended Warranty: The Extended Warranty will be void if:
· The Extended Warranty has been purchased for a machine that has already surpassed its standard warranty period of 24 months
· The Product was not purchased from Beerwulf B.V.
· The Product has been tampered with or modified without authorization
· The Product has been used in a manner contrary to its intended purpose
· The Product has been serviced by unauthorized personnel
3. Extended Warranty Period
3.1 The Extended Warranty extends the standard warranty period of 24 months by a further 36 months, therefore providing a total of 5 year warranty from the date of purchase of the machine.
4. Claim Process
4.1 To file a Extended Warranty claim in the event of a defect or malfunction:
· Contact the Beerwulf Customer Care team at service@beerwulf.com
· Provide the serial number, Beerwulf order number, and a description of the defect.
· An agent will guide you through a number of troubleshooting steps, depending on the nature of the defect. You may also be asked to ship the defective machine to the designated service center (shipping costs covered by Beerwulf).
· Upon receiving your claim and the defective machine, our technicians will evaluate the Product to determine the cause of the issue. If the defect is covered under the Extended Warranty, necessary repairs or replacements will be made.
5. Limitation of Liability
5.1 Beerwulf’s liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective machine. Beerwulf is not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Product.
6. Transferability
6.1 The Extended Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the Blade machine.
7. Refund and Cancellation Policy
7.1 The Extended Warranty can be cancelled within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, provided no claims have been made. After this period, the Extended Warranty is non-refundable.
8. Governing Law
8.1 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from the Extended Warranty will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England. If you live in Scotland, you can bring legal proceedings in respect of the Products in the Scottish or English courts. If you live in Northern Ireland, you can bring legal proceedings in respect of the Products in the Northern Irish or English courts.
