Frequently asked questions

How long does delivery take, what happens when I'm not home for delivery and how can I contact Beerwulf about the delivery of my order? You can find the answers to these questions and more here.

Delivery information

Orders typically arrive within 1-3 working days (Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 10 PM). Peak periods may cause delays so it's a good idea to place your order well in advance.

Please note that for some remote areas (see below), delivery may take longer, especially in the weeks around Christmas and New Year.

To check if your delivery will arrive before Christmas, please place your order in the cart and check the Shipping method – it will confirm if your delivery will arrive before or after Christmas.

Once you receive your tracking link via email from DPD, you can reschedule via DPD’s tracking page. It is not currently possible to pick a delivery date on the Beerwulf website.

Free delivery is available on full boxes. A full box contains one of the following:

• A beer machine appliance
• 8 SUB kegs
• 2 Draught Kegs
• 2 BLADE Kegs

If a box is not full, a delivery change of £8.95 per box applies. The charge will be indicated in your shopping cart, during the ordering process, and in the confirmation email.

Please be aware that if you live in a remote area (see below) you will be charged an additional £3.95 per order for shipping.

We deliver draughtbeer machines, beer kegs and home bar accessories to everywhere in the UK, including Northern Ireland but excluding the Channel Islands.

We do not deliver to the Republic of Ireland.

We also sell products in several European countries. When you visit our website, click on the small flag in the top right hand corner to select a different market.

We deliver home beer taps, beer kegs and home bar accessories everywhere in the UK (except the Channel Islands). However, please be aware that there may be additional delays for remote areas, especially in the weeks around Christmas and New Year. You can see in the Checkout whether your order will arrive before or after Christmas.

Remote areas include the following postcodes: AB25; AB31; AB33-38; AB41-56; BT (all); FK17-21; HS1-9; IM (all); IV1-99; KA27-28; KW1-9; KW10-17; PA20-49; PA60-80; PH15-99; TR21-25; ZE1-3.

Delivery to these postcodes will incur an additional charge of £3.95 per order.

If your delivery is a week late, please contact Customer Care. It's important to do this within30 days of placing your order, so we can escalate the issue.

If the carrier has made 2 unsuccessful attempts of your order, the package will be returned to Beerwulf. If this happens, please contact Customer Care so we can help you replace your order.

Orders are sometimes split into multiple parcels. You should receive a separate email for each tracking number. Please check each tracking number for updates and contact Customer Care if a week has passed since you placed your order.

Not usually, due to warehouse restrictions, but contact Customer Care as soon as you can to check if an update is possible.

Once your order has shipped from the warehouse, we are unable to change your delivery address due to restrictions on selling alcohol.

If you miss your delivery, the driver may attempt re-delivery the next day or leave your parcel with a neighbour.

Please check your tracking email for details.

Be aware that if the carrier makes 2 unsuccessful attempts to deliver, your parcel will be returned to Beerwulf.

It is not possible to arrange for the carrier to leave a parcel unattended on your property, as all Beerwulf parcels are subject to age-checks upon delivery.

Unfortunately it is not currently possible to have your Beerwulf parcel delivered to a DPD pick up point. This is due to restrictions around the sale and delivery of alcohol products.

You can have your order sent to a parcel forwarding service, although please be aware that if you use a third party for your order, any returns or exchanges are their responsibility, not Beerwulf’s.

If you missed your delivery, check your tracking link for updates - your parcel may have been rescheduled for delivery the next working day.

If you have missed 2 delivery attempts, your parcel will be returned to Beerwulf. In this case, please contact our Customer Care team to arrange a reorder.

Yes, all Beerwulf parcels are subject to an age-check. That means that the recipient must sign for their parcel, and present ID to prove they are over 18 years old.

The following forms of ID are accepted:

• Passport
• Driving License
• National ID card

Yes. Enter your company name and VAT number during checkout. You will receive an invoice in your confirmation email. For additional details, see our B2B FAQ section.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to have your parcel delivered on a weekend. Deliveries are restricted to Monday-Friday.

Returns

If you've changed your mind about your order, you will need to let us know within 30 days. Contact the Customer Care team and we will arrange for your order to be picked up or dropped off with the carrier. Once we receive your returned parcel, a refund will be approved and processed within 14 days.

The products must be returned no later than 14 days after you give notice of cancellation.

For "Sale" products purchased at a reduced price with short BBD (best before date) the returns period is 14 days.

You’ll receive a prepaid DPD return label to drop off your package.

Returned products must be unused and unopened (unless faulty). If returned items are damaged or unsellable, a deduction may apply to your refund.

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving your return in our warehouse.

The amount will be returned to you using the same method of payment you used when placing the order.

If your order arrives damaged, please notify your delivery person of the damage. They should digitally register this - please ensure the screen says "damaged shipment".

If you only notice the damage afterwards, please make sure to photograph the damaged packaging or products to pass on to the Customer Care team. This helps us to identify the source of the problem.

Please note this is particularly important if your order includes a beer machine. We can only transfer warranty to you if we have the original order number.
