B2B Wholesale at Beerwulf

We have two tiers of B2B customer: Tier 1 and Tier 2.

To qualify as a Tier 1 B2B customer, all you need is a VAT number. Add your VAT number at checkout, and it will be automatically added to your invoice.

To qualify as a Tier 2 B2B customer, you need to order at least one full pallet of product. If your order meets these amounts, you are eligible for a B2B discount, which is automatically applied to your order.

For Tier 1 B2B customers, there is no MOQ.

For Tier 2 B2B customers, the total MOQ is one full pallet. A full pallet is 5 layers of products.

60 8L BLADE kegs (if you order only 8L kegs, 84 units can fit on one pallet)

It is possible to combine different categories (e.g. BLADE kegs & BeerTender kegs) within one pallet, provided they meet the minimum SKU quantities (see below).

In addition to this, each SKU or individual keg type must reach a certain threshold within the order. The details are as follows:

• For 5L, minimum 24 kegs per SKU
• For 8L, minimum 12 kegs per SKU

Our website will automatically determine the minimum order quantities and let you know if your order does not meet them. If you have doubts about calculating quantities, please check what is possible on the B2B website.

There is a maximum of 10 pallets per delivery, unless previously arranged.

A discount is available to customers who order at least one full pallet of product.

We are not able to provide discounts to customers who do not meet minimum order quantities.When you register to become a Tier 2 B2B customer, you agree you will order at least 1 pallet of products per order.

Once you login into our B2B portal, you will see all the prices with the B2B discount applied.

The registration form is available on the BLADE for Business page.

Once received, we will review the details and approve your registration. You will then receive an email with login details. Please see our B2B Onboarding Guide for additional details.

It is not possible to select specific Best Before Dates for kegs. Every B2B keg has a guarantee of 60 days from the point of order.

If your order contains kegs with a BBD of less than 60 days, we will contact you before dispatch.

We require upfront payment - you can pay with a credit or debit card during the checkout process, or you can pay by bank transfer.

To pay by bank transfer, please choose this option after we have reviewed your order, when you are finalizing the payment. Please note that if you choose to pay by bank transfer, there will be an additional wait time of 2-5 working days to finish your order, depending on arrival of funds.

Our assortment and prices are available on our website. For Tier 1 B2B customers, orders can be placed on the Beerwulf website. For Tier 2 B2B customers, the B2B assortment is visible once you log in via your B2B account.

We provide free shipping for our Tier 2 B2B customers, as long the order reaches the required MOQ.

Shipping & delivery

Our standard delivery times are 3-5 days from the point of order confirmation. While you can indicate a preferred delivery or pick up date, we cannot guarantee this will be possible.

We currently deliver to Northern Ireland, although there are additional requirements to be aware of due to the Windsor Framework. This will be sent to you via email as part of your onboarding process.

Please note that if you are based in Northern Ireland, we will require your EORI number in order to ship your order. This will be requested during the registration process.

We do not deliver to the Republic of Ireland.

B2B deliveries are only available for the United Kingdom.

As a registered Tier 2 B2B customer, you will receive free shipping, as long as your orders reach our MOQ.

Yes, it’s possible to arrange your own courier or collection. To do this please choose the option “Pickup” during checkout and indicate your preferred pick up date.

Our regular pallets are 800 mm × 1,200 mm × 144 mm.

Unfortunately it is not possible to track your B2B delivery. During your order process a delivery day and time period (morning or afternoon) will be picked.

If you believe your delivery is delayed or lost, please contact service@beerwulf.com. We will endeavour to fix the issue as soon as possible.

Invoice, payments & accounts

The copy of your your invoice will be delivered to you by email, after finalizing your order.

Paying by card

At Beerwulf you can easily pay online via Visa and MasterCard. There are no extra fees for using a credit card.

We lock your payment details through a secure network (SSL-method) and, in conjunction with your credit card provider, ensure proper payment procedures. The amount will only be deducted once the order has been delivered. It is possible that your credit card company requests your 3D-Secure verification code. This is an extra security step when carrying out online payments with your credit card.

Paying by bank transfer

If you prefer not to pay for a B2B order with a card, we can also send you an invoice for direct transfer payment. In this case, chose payment via bank transfer at the check out, after your order has been confirmed. Please be aware that this process will take longer than paying via the website, potentially creating a delay for your order.

When you register your company as a Tier 2 B2B customer, you will be asked for your billing details. These details can be seen on your account page.

If you need to change any details, please contact our Account Manager at customercareB2B@beerwulf.com.

Prices on the website include VAT, and the invoice delivered to you after placing the order will include VAT calculations.

There is no provision for sale or return. Please see our B2B T&Cs for further details. If your order arrives damaged, please contact customercareb2b@beerwulf.com within 24 hours of receipt of order and provide visual documentation of the damages.

Please be aware that once an order has been placed, we have a brief window to be able to change key details. If you have made a mistake with your order, please contact our B2B Account Manager on customercareb2b@beerwulf.com as soon as possible, and we will attempt to fix the issue before dispatch.

Please contact customercareb2b@beerwulf.com, ideally with a photograph of the damaged/incorrect goods and the packaging they arrived in.

Please make sure to carefully check your order when it arrives with the carrier. You need to inform us of damaged or incorrect goods within 24 hours of receipt.

Please make sure to report any damages, incorrect items or other order problems within 24 hours of delivery so that we can fix your issue promptly. We accept no liability for missing or damaged products not notified to us within this time frame.

Products & availability

Our products are available on the website, as part of our B2B catalogue. It is not possible to check stock levels precisely before ordering - just enter the amount of product you would like to order to check if we have the available stock.

At the current time it is not possible to reserve stock for future delivery.
