DELIVERY 

When will my order be delivered? 

Orders typically arrive within 1-3 working days (Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 10 PM). Peak periods may cause delays so it's a good idea to place your order well in advance.  

Please note that for some remote areas (see below), delivery may take longer.  

To check if your delivery will arrive before Christmas, please place your order in the cart and check the Shipping method – it will confirm if your delivery will arrive before or after Christmas.

I placed an order and received confirmation but have not heard anything since. Is everything ok with my order? 

If you’ve received an order confirmation email, it means your order has been successfully placed and is being processed. You’ll receive a shipping notification with a tracking link once your parcel has left our warehouse. 

If your order hasn’t been delivered within 7 days of the scheduled delivery date, please contact our Customer Care team within 30 days so we can help investigate with the carrier. 

How does free delivery work? 

Free delivery is available on full boxes. A full box contains one of the following:  

  • An appliance 
  • 8 2L SUB kegs 
  • 2 5L Draught Kegs  
  • 2 8L BLADE Kegs 

If a box is not full, a delivery change of £8.95 per box applies. The charge will be indicated in your shopping cart, during the ordering process, and in the confirmation email. 

Please note that an additional delivery charge of £3.95 per order will be applied to postcodes in remote areas.  

Which postcodes are “remote areas”? 

Our carrier DPD considers the following areas to be remote areas. Deliveries to these postcodes will incur an additional delivery charge of £3.95 per order and will be subject to longer delivery times.  

Remote area postcodes include the following: AB25; AB31; AB33-38; AB41-56; BT (all); FK17-21; HS1-9; IM (all); IV1-99; KA27-28; KW1-9; KW10-17; PA20-49; PA60-80; PH15-99; TR21-25; ZE1-3. 

Can I choose a different delivery day? 

The night before your delivery, you'll receive a tracking link via email. You can arrange a different delivery date via this email. 

You can also opt to have your parcel delivered to a DPD Pickup Spot, where it will be held for up to 7 days. Please check the depot location carefully—it may be farther away than expected. 

Can I have my parcel delivered on the weekend?

Unfortunately, this isn't possible via our current carrier. Deliveries can only be made or rearranged for weekdays.

How can I track my order? 

Once you place your order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email from Beerwulf. When your order has been packed and shipped from the warehouse, you’ll receive an additional email from our carrier, DPD containing your tracking number.  

You can also check the progress of your order on the DPD website, or via the DPD App which can be downloaded on iOS or Android.

I made a mistake with the delivery address. Can I still change it? 

Not usually, due to warehouse restrictions, but contact Customer Care as soon as you can to check if an update is possible. 

Once your order has shipped from the warehouse, we are unable to change your delivery address due to restrictions on selling alcohol.  

Can a minor accept the delivery? 

All Beerwulf parcels are subject to an age-check. That means that the recipient must sign for their parcel, and present ID to prove they are over 18 years old.  

The following forms of ID are accepted:  

  • Passport 
  • Driving License 
  • Citizen Card 
  • Armed Forces/Police ID 

Please note that this age check applies whether parcels are delivered to a home, a neighbour, or a DPD Pickup Point.  

The carrier tried to deliver my parcel, but I wasn’t home. What now? 

If you miss your delivery, the driver may attempt re-delivery the next day or leave your parcel with a neighbour.  

Please check your tracking email for details.  

Be aware that if the carrier makes 2 unsuccessful attempts to deliver, your parcel will be returned to Beerwulf.  

It is not possible to arrange for the carrier to leave a parcel unattended on your property, as all Beerwulf parcels are subject to age-checks upon delivery.  

Do you deliver everywhere in the UK?  

We deliver to all parts of the UK, including Northern Ireland, but not to the Channel Islands or the Republic of Ireland

Can I place an order as a business?  

As a business, you can enter your VAT number at checkout, which will appear on your invoice. If you are interested in placing larger orders, please see our B2B FAQs for more details.  

RETURNS 

I ordered something, but I'd like to return it. How can I do this? 

You have up to 30 days from the date of your order to request a return. Please contact our Customer Care team by email or via our chatbot (in the lower righthand corner) to begin the process. 

Our hours are Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.–4 p.m. Please make sure to have your order number, and the email address you placed the order with available so we can help you as quickly as possible.  

Once your return is confirmed, we’ll send you a prepaid DPD return label. You can then drop off your parcel at your nearest DPD drop-off point

Beerwulf covers the cost of the return when using our label. 

What are the return conditions?  

To qualify for a full refund: 

  • Products must be unused and in original condition 
  • Appliances must be unopened 
  • Products returned damaged or in unsellable condition may result in a partial refund 

We process refunds within 14 days of receiving your return. Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used for the original order. 

For products purchased in a Sale or with a short best-before date, the return period is 14 days

What if my item is damaged or incorrect?  

If your parcel arrives damaged: 

  • Inform the delivery driver immediately and ask them to mark it as a damaged shipment 
  • If damage is noticed after delivery, please take photos of the damaged item and packaging 
  • Contact Customer Care within 30 days of delivery so we can assist you 

If you received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue. 

I received a Beerwulf order as a gift but there’s a problem—what should I do? 

Please contact our Customer Care team. If you have the original order number, that will help us process your request faster. 

If the order includes an appliance, this information is essential to transfer the warranty to you.
