Refurbished BLADE - what to expect?
Our Refurbished BLADE machines were originally owned and loved by our customers, until they needed a little extra care. They have some surface wear and tear, which meant that they could not be resold as standard machines. They still, however, pour a delicious pint, and contribute to our sustainability efforts!
We categorise our Refurbished BLADEs into Grade A and Grade B machines:
Grade A Refurbished BLADE
- Minimal signs of use, fully repaired & refurbished
- No extra coating was needed to mask scratching
- Includes new dome, drip tray & 1 x 8L BLADE keg
Grade B Refurbished BLADE
- Shows more signs of use, yet still pours a great pint.
- Coating may be reapplied to mask more visible scratching, although most are located internally, so it'll still look great on any countertop.
- Includes new dome, drip tray & 1 x 8L BLADE keg

How does the refurbishment process work?
All machines are repaired and cleaned by an external party. If there are items such as accessories or functional parts missing, they are fitted or added to the shipment. New packaging has been provided, but there has been limited refurbishment of cosmetic features which is why they are being sold as refurbished machines rather than new products.
How will my refurbished BLADE be delivered?
All Refurbished BLADES will be delivered in their original packaging, including all the necessary booklets and accessories.
What warranty do these machines come with?
All Refurbished BLADES have a warranty of 12 months from the date of purchase. For more details on our warranty policy, please refer to our Terms & Conditions.
